Terms of Service

1. The Service

• You receive a Johannesburg warehouse address and ship online purchases to it.
• We consolidate, clear customs (via our clearing agent), and deliver to a Gaborone collection hub or your address.
• Tracking numbers are issued for every consignment; status is updated at each milestone.

2. Pricing

• Standard fee: 20% of invoice value.
• Bulk rate: 17% applies to consolidated shipments of 15+ packages.
• Weight limit: 25 kg per package. Excess: P15 per kg over 25 kg.
• Customs duties and taxes levied by Botswana or South African authorities are payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment

• Payment is due on collection or delivery: cash, mobile money, or bank transfer.
• Consignments are released only once payment is confirmed.
• Invoices and receipts are available on request.

4. Prohibited Items

We do not carry illegal goods, firearms, ammunition, explosives, perishables without prior arrangement, or items restricted by Botswana or South African customs. Items found in breach may be refused, detained, or reported to authorities.

5. Liability & Insurance

• Our liability is limited to the declared invoice value of the consignment, and in any case to the fee paid, unless optional insurance is purchased in writing.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, border authorities, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• You must declare accurate value, weight, and contents. Misdeclaration voids liability coverage.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation before the consignment leaves our Johannesburg hub: full fee refunded.
• After departure: fees already incurred are non-refundable; the consignment can be returned at the customer's cost.
• Damaged or lost consignments are assessed case-by-case up to the declared value.
